Rental Reservation, Deposit Policy & Refund Policy
Reservation Deposit: When making your
reservation, a deposit of $750.00 to
Occupancy Policy:
Cancellation Policy: If you should
have to cancel your reservation and we cannot re-rent the home, your
deposit will be forfeited. If we can re-rent the home, we will
refund you $700.00. There is a $50.00 cancellation fee.
Check-in Policy: When you arrive and
check-in, your total rent balance for your stay is due
to
Home Inventory: After check-in, you
have 48 hours to report any discrepancies to the home and the
inventory contents according to the inventory sheet to sales office.
Utilities: Utilities are included in
our rentals with a $100.00 a month electric cap. Anything over
$100.00 is renters responsibility.
