Q: How may I receive my mail while staying at the resort?

Mail is handled at the resort on Monday thru Friday during November 1st to April 15th (During summer months, only on Tuesday and Friday). We take outgoing mail to the post office at 9:30 am and pick up incoming mail. Mail is distributed from our mail room, usually by 10:30 am.

Q: Is there internet service available at the resort?
A: We have a designated modem line at the resort where you can bring a laptop and check email. You must provide your own phone cord to connect to the modem line. (Your ISP must have local numbers or toll-free numbers) If others are waiting we ask that you limit your time to 30 minutes. There is also wireless service available provided by RVLOGON.COM. Please check their website for additional information.

Q: Is it easy to get a full hook-up RV site?
A: Yes, we have doubled the size of our park. For long tern stays during the months of January or February, we do suggest a reservation to ensure a good choice of sites.

Q: What are the resorts office hours?
A: The office is open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm seven days a week. We also have courtesy patrol to assist with after hours check ins until 10:00 pm.

Q: Do you allow older Riggs?
A: Any unit older than ten years old will require visual inspection and approval by management for any stay. Management does reserve the right to refuse occupancy to a party when the age, size or appearance of their recreational vehicle is not compatible with other homes in the resort.

Q: May we bring out pets to the resort?
A: While we do welcome your pets at our resort, our pet policies are strictly enforced. We have a 2 pet lot per site unless with prior approval from management. We require all pets to be registered with our office. Pets must be confined or on a leash at all times; all droppings must be collected and properly disposed of immediately. All dogs must be licensed and properly vaccinated. Vicious or unusually noisy pets will not be tolerated. Non-compliance of any policy could result in revocation of pet privileges or eviction.

Q:How many cars may we park at one site?
A: Most of our sites will accommodate your RV and two personal normal size vehicles. If additional parking is needed, you must check with the office personnel.

Q: Do you pick up trash?
A: No. Dumpsters are located throughout the park at various locations. Check you resort map for the on closest to your site.

Q: Do you provide recycling bins?
A: Yes. There are recycling bins for aluminum cans located near all dumpsters.

Q: Where is the nearest Post Office
A: We are approximately 7 miles from the post office in the town of Picacho, and approximately 8 miles from the post office in the town of Red Rock.

Q: Where is the nearest FedEx Service Center?
A: Casa Grande - 25 miles from the resort.
